Mark Juliano Review

In my opinion, The Longevity Factor is the single best Book written about Resveratrol and red wine grape extracts. It is extremely comprehensive, easy to read and provides solid recommendations for not only how to include Resveratrol in your diet, but also healthy living in general. Readers will learn the theory, facts, studies and advice to achieve balanced diet, and to improve and extend your health-span (a term now used to mean increasing the number of years of a healthy life).

Dr. Joseph Maroon is an outstanding doctor, neurosurgeon, and person. I have known Dr. Maroon on a professional level since 2005, and this is a man who practices what he preaches. Joe has run over 50 triathlons including the Ironman, and he is into his 60s!

In my opinion, The Longevity Factor is an Unbiased “bible” for Resveratrol and anti-oxidants.
